Hans Lanslots is an accomplished Information and Technology leader with over three decades of experience guiding complex, cross-functional IT organizations and designing high-performing, secure technology environments on both sides of the Atlantic. He is the Co-Creator of C.O.M.P.L.Y.
In 1998, Hans co-founded APG Asset Management US, a company with multi-billion-dollar assets under management. Until 2021, he served as Chief Information and Technology Officer of APG Asset Management US, where he was a member of both the US Executive Board and the Global COO Management Team. In this role, he bridged the New York IT organization - supporting both the US business and the APG Asia office - and the NL IT Organization and drove the strategic and tactical alignment between the two organizations, focused on the global Run and Change dimensions of IT.
